The first stop on our year long travel adventure was in Spain. We both quickly fell in love with Barcelona, and felt a strong pull to return there after our trip was done. Barcelona offers 295 days of sunshine each year, comfortably warm summers, beautiful beaches, fantastic food, excellent public transportation, and easily walkable neighborhoods throughout the city.
We decided that Spain felt the most like the place we'd like to call home one day, and the place we wanted to start our lives as a married couple together. We are thrilled to share our favorite place with our favorite people on what will become our favorite day.

Check or apply for Passports

Everyone coming needs a passport! Your passport must be valid for 6 months after leaving Europe. So, for example, if you're planning on staying until the end of June 2026, your passport must be valid until the end of December 2026. If you have a passport, and it expires before then, you must renew it.

We're still finalizing some plans and getting some more information on how best to plan for accommodations and travel, but once we have more information, we'll be sending out RSVPs. When you receive yours, please try to answer as soon as possible!
Buy plane tickets
Before February, 2026
Plane tickets are the most expensive part of the trip, so we'll be working to find the best deals. Please plan to book your tickets well in advance though, as tickets will only get more expensive as the trip approaches. We will be sending out more information on this later.
Book accommodations

We will be searching for the best deals on accommodations, and are planning on booking a block of hotel rooms. We will send out more information about this as we learn more.
Celebrate
June 20, 2026
We will be planning some events around the day of the wedding, including a welcome dinner and other activities. More information will be sent out as we put together the schedule.
